TEXPOL Development Ltd. is a company registered in Tanzania under the Companies Act Cap 212, has a certificate No. 95567 dated 11.31.2012 and VAT No. 119-507-413. The company is a joint venture of two citizens of Tanzania and one foreigner Polish nationality.
It is a family company and both are Tanzanian from Ilungu Ward, Mbeya Rural District, one lives in Poland. Texpol Development Company Limited is a joint venture with FPU Texpol Julius Zellah based in Poland. The shareholders of the company have experience and knowledge needed to implement the project in the construction, manufacturing and selling power from renewable sources.
