TEXPOL Development Ltd. is a company registered in Tanzania under the Companies Act Cap 212, has a certificate No. 95567 dated 11.31.2012 and VAT No. 119-507-413. The company is a joint venture of two citizens of Tanzania and one foreigner Polish nationality. The shareholders of the company have experience and knowledge needed to implement the project in the construction, manufacturing and selling power from renewable sources.
